We occasionally have major peanut butter cravings, and rather than head for Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, we figured we would put together a healthier alternative with less guilt.
This is a recipe invented on the spot, so hopefully you’ll enjoy it, and note that you can always adjust it to your own taste.
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
1 ripe banana
2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
4 ice cubes
1-2 tablespoons collagen powder (optional)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Pop all the ingredients in a blender and voila, light and creamy and mmmm so deelish!
