Muslim women who wear hijab can now take jobs as police officers in the Canadian city of Edmonton. This comes after the police department worked with the Muslim community and other police departments to come up with a way for hijab to be incorporated into the uniform. Now, a little Canadian girl growing up with a dream to work in law enforcement doesn’t have to worry about whether she will be accepted or not with hijab.
