It’s nearly impossible to find the perfect summer shirt to wear with hijab. I’ve been searching for months, and I finally came across one at Old Navy that was pretty close to perfect: long, thin and long sleeve. Since it was such a great find, I just had to share.
I bought this one in yellow, but I may just go back to get another color or a print. It’s too great a summer shirt to pass up on.
I wore it to the Fourth of July BBQ our family had. The temperature has been in the 100’s and humid all week in Chicago, so anything that can help you keep cool is definitely in order. I was still sweating it up, but this shirt was light and breezy.
Plus, I also found a great yellow scarf at Old Navy that was breathable and matched perfectly.
They both definitely made for a simple and cute summer outfit.
