CeCe Toppings is a site with a cool new take on those undershirts called “dickies”.
We’ve seen random hijab shops and online stores that sell plain ones that help you cover up low cut tops without the bulk of a long tee, but these take the concept a step further.
They are stylish and cute so you can actually spiffy up any old top and make it more appealing.

Impressive! What a creative idea and that model and ensemble is stunning. Does anybody else think this look can be creatively recreated with the perfectly tied silk scarf? We think so.
