We’re starting a fitness challenge and we will reveal in our May 15th newsletter the exact start date of the program.
What it entails is getting yourself in the best shape you can be and encouraging you to eat healthy and balanced.
Obviously each person is different and has their own individual goals and needs. But we are here to help motivate you to get started!
First place will include a monetary prize as well as some nifty goodies. There will also be second and third prizes as well.
All you have to do is:
- Take your measurements, weight, body fat % etc. and some photos of yourself.
- Find a workout plan that works for you (if you’ve never done anything, it could be just starting to walk for longer and longer stretches each day).
- Figure out an eating plan that works for you (maybe it’s portion control, or incorporating more fruits and veggies into your diet).
We will help you with suggestions and tips. And don’t worry we are on this journey with you as we strive to become as fit as possible!
