Like it or Leave it: Peel off nailpolish

If there is one thing we hate, it’s having to remove nail polish. Sometimes the color gets stuck on the sides of the nail making it look gross. And the smell of nail polish remover is way too intense!

Well a friend of ours told us about some peel off nail polish she had seen, and then we decided to look it up online.

Lo and behold here it is!
Paint & Peel Trend Collection
Sulabeauty.com carries paint and peel.

According to their website the product is free from Formaldehyde, Toluene, and Phthalates, which are cancer-linked ingredients found in standard polish.

Would you use this stuff? What’s the verdict… like it or leave it?

Hi correct me if I am wrong – does anybody have the time to apply and remove this 5 times a day especially if we want to use this on a regular basis –

I was wondering if there were still peel off nail polishes – I remember trying some when I was younger, but it peeled off really easily – taking off nailpolish is really annoying, especially if you only want to wear it to a party or something. if it really comes off as easily as it claims but doesn’t chip or peel away at the slightest pressure, thats amazing! i definitely want to try this.

I think it’s definitely worth a try. Maybe we can do a video review of it and let you all know how it goes. 🙂

This is a really useful product for Muslimahs. I think I’ll give it a go sometime. Thanks for sharing!

i would most def. give it a try, its such a hassle trying to get all the nailpolish off when you have to start praying again especially making sure nothing is left over.

I remember when Avon company had something similar to this and now I think they have the press on peel off kind sometimes. I’d try this brand but only if they had tiny trial size bottles first. It’s a good idea though.

I’ve tried it. I didn’t have issues with chipping. However, I bought it for times when I would only be planning to wear it for one day. And Mariam, you’re right, you need 2 coats to make it look nice and smooth. It also peels off easier with 2 coats. I think this is cool stuff.

Oh, I’d probably do it for sure! I rarely paint my nails, except rarely for special occasions or when no wudu is needed lol. It is a pain to remove polish so I think I’d like this.

I bought this at anthropologie. It does chip off easily but I think it’s worth it for the convenience. I hadn’t seen peel off polish since I was about five years old haha!

Aww I’m bummed to hear that 🙁 I wonder if you need to put on lots of coats? I think the website says you can put like one of those top coats to keep it permanent, but then it would defeat the purpose lol.

I have used it and it does not come on smoothly and scratches off really easily. Its fun though, to put it on and peel it off…but I would leave it!
