Under the light of a soft pink glow, magnificent drapes and delicate detailing defined Ora by Rimalya’s collection. Founded by Rima Ashemry, the label is a true Middle Eastern brand, as is evident through the region’s influences on the designs.
Short and maxi-dresses in bold monochromes sashayed down the catwalk comfortably with printed chiffons featuring Grecian empire cuts or cascading one-sleeve gowns. Silky satins flowed down elegantly, worn by models in shoes with glass heels and satin bows.

Floral appliqués dotted a number of the maxi-dresses, along the neckline or with an attached train – and in one intriguing instance – a show-stopping gown in silk chiffon with a shoulder trailing florets to the back forming a lovely rose bouquet. Kaftans inspired some of the dresses in light-weight silk jersey.
Flouncy detailing and buoyant sleeves raised the style quotient in a collection that predominantly made an impact through its sophistication.
