The Savvy Hijabi: cheap handbags with lots of class

If you want to buy a handbag and don’t want to dish out the $$$ for a brand name, then go for something that is cheap but still stylish. We all know there are purses under $20 but they usually look like they’re from the 80’s or some other era that most people don’t want to go back to.

How can you find a decent bag? Check out your local boutiques for something unique and different or try places like Target, Wal-Mart, Meijer, or any other large retailer. Sometimes you can find better deals with the online version of some stores like Old Navy, Macy’s, Lord and Taylor etc.

But, if you find a cheap bag it doesn’t mean buy it! First check and see how it functions and how it will coordinate with your wardrobe.

Another idea is to find a designer bag that you absolutely love and keep a picture of it with you and look for something similar next time you’re out shopping.

A good handbag should be something you can use everyday but that can also be dressed up or dressed down depending on the occasion.

These bags are really pretty and roomy…and reasonable! I was just thinking that I am tired of bags that end up too small for my needs and how I need a large one that is fashionable and that will hold more of what I want to put in it!
