As the winter weather drags on, it can put quite a damper on anyone’s enthusiasm.

We don’t feel as excited about hitting the gym and getting our workouts in, but we’re going to push ourselves.

If you’re having trouble staying motivated, just think about how close Spring is, and how it will be nice to wear clothes that look good and fit good.
