Many people are beginning their “New Year’s resolutions” today, but we’re all one step ahead since we began the challenge almost two weeks ago!

Take the time today to make sure you’re getting in enough exercise (at least 20 minutes of cardio).
Also pay attention to your food choices. Although you may not be eating out, it’s pretty easy to eat unhealthy stuff when you’re in a rush.
Drop the doughnut and ditch the Twinkies.
Opt for some fresh fruit salad with a little whipped cream on top. Or some other twist that’ll make your healthy snack a little more appealing.
The more you eat fresh fruits and veggies, the more you’ll acquire a taste for them.
