For iftar today
Eat whatever you want in moderation. Get at least 15 minutes of heart pumping exercise. Try to go to bed earlier than usual so you can increase your energy and decrease your stress levels.
For suhoor today:
Eat a really big breakfast and do 20 sit-ups and 20 push-ups.
Hang in there.. we’re almost done!
