Challenge Day 20,21,22

We’re on a time crunch as Ramadan is nearing it’s ending and so is our challenge!

We hope you’ve been able to incorporate some or all of our suggestions for staying fit and in shape.

Well, we’re going to give you just a basic little challenge for these next three days, and want you to use the tips and tricks we’ve been talking about in all of our previous posts.

Remember in a few days you’ll be flying solo!

For Iftar:

Water with tons of lemon or lime squeezed in. It might be a little sour, so you can add a tablespoon of maple syprup as a sweetner. (make sure it’s 100% maple syrup and not the immitation stuff).

Do 30 sit-ups, 30 push-ups, and jog for 10 minutes before going to bed.

For Suhoor:

Eat a big breakfast with foods that include at least 2 fresh vegetables or fruits. This could be an omelet or even a fruit smoothie.

Do 50 jumping jacks, 20 calf raises, and 20 side squats.
