Challenge Day 19
For iftar today: Eat a meal rich with protein and fiber. You can get protein from a variety of vegetarian sources or meat.
Exercise: Jog for 10 minutes, then do some calf raises, stretch and relax.
For suhoor today: Have a hard boiled egg, a slice of cheese, some peanut butter on toast, a glass of milk or fresh juice and at least 2 glasses of water.
Exercise: 10 sit-ups, 10 push-ups, 10 jumping jacks. Don’t forget to stretch!
