A quick recap of where you should be at right now…

For iftar you should be eating at least one fresh vegetable with your meal and completing your short exercise routine before heading to bed.

For suhoor you should be eating at least one fresh fruit with your meal and completing your short exercise routine before going back to sleep (or heading to work).

We don’t want to overwhelm you so continue to do what you’ve been doing.
