I noticed awhile back that whenever my skin started to feel on the verge of breakouts it was usually because I’d started slacking on my workout routine. As soon as I got my heart rate up again by running or using the elliptical I could immediately notice a difference.

So what can you do? Try to get in at least 20-30 minutes of heart pumping exercise a day. Whether it’s running, riding a bike, skating, or dancing around your room.
